O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful as well as deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.21701 of 2010 dated 20.10.2010 under Contempt of Courts Act, 1/3

1971, thereby directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.04.2010 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. According to the petitioners, the respondent did not comply with the order passed by this Court. The representation was submitted by the petitioners on 15.04.2010. Therefore, it cannot be considered after a period of 11 years, since the copy of the representation cannot be available with records of the respondent.

3. Therefore, the petitioners are at liberty to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action to the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation, after issuance of notice to the counter party, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
