Respondents PETITION under Section 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the first respondent to produce the detenues namely Mr.Venkatesan, aged 42 years, Smt.Abarna aged 30 years, (the petitioner's daughter) and their three children namely srihari aged 9 years, Narayanan aged 7 years and Sri Thulasi @ Mathumitha age 3 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the petitioner for causing production of his daughter, son-in-law and their three children on the ground that their whereabouts are not known. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. A reading of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is seen that the petitioner's daughter is married and that her family is elsewhere. Hence, there is no material to infer that they are in the illegal custody of anyone warranting issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus.

3. Accordingly, this petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner work out his rights in the manner known to law.
