] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the appeal in Crl.A.No.4920 of 2024 against the conviction and sentence imposed on 03.11.2023 in S.C.No.239 of 2013, on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Kanchipuram District, Chengalpattu.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
