O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.41 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 120(b), 167, 465, 466, 468, 471, 474 r/w 109 and 34 I.P.C. as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.41 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as further action dropped on 25.05.2018 and closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham in R.C.S.No.10 of 2018.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
