... Respondent Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent herein for civil contempt for wilfully disobeying the order of the Court in M.P.No.1 of 2012 in W.P.No.12599 of 2010 dated 17.06.2010, with costs.

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Management for non compliance of the order dated 17.06.2010, passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2012 in W.P.No.12599 of 2010, thereby granting interim stay of the award dated 22.01.2010, on condition that the Management shall pay wages under Section 17-B of the Industrial Dispute Act to the workman.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Management submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court. Further in the contempt petition, the order passed by this Court is also complied with.
