These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 2381 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased third respondent in C.R.P.No.4844 of 2014, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased third respondent in the above said CRP and (iii) to permit the petitioners to bring on record the 7th and 8th respondents herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd respondent and rank them as respondents 7 and 8 in the above said CRP.

2. Heard both sides.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits and with the consent of both sides counsel, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
