Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 17.03.2015 made in file No.51186/I1/2014 on the file of the Inspector General of Registration, the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to pass orders on merits for restoration of the name of the society on the representation dated 25.10.2014 submitted by the petitioner.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 17.03.2015 made in file No.51186/I1/2014 on the file of the Inspector General of Registration, the first respondent herein and quash https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same and consequently direct the first respondent to pass orders on merits for restoration of the name of the society on the representation dated 25.10.2014 submitted by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner had submitted a representation before the Government and such representation is in active consideration of the Government.

3. This being the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue all the grounds raised in this writ petition before the Government.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
