This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.24 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.24 of 2018 under Section 468, 471, 420 and 34 IPC on 09.06.2018 against 6 accused.
4.Since the FIR has been registered only very recently and that apart, taking in to consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondent Police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation expeditiously in Crime No.24 of 2018 and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
