Learned Standing Counsel for the First Respondent submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the impugned order No. CHN-1/TN/Recovery/ 10308/2017-18 dated 14.02.2018 passed under Section 8-F of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, has been withdrawn by the First Respondent by another order No. CHN/TN/10308/Recovery/DN 11/Regl/2018 dated 10.08.2018, and he has also produced a copy of the same, which is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges receipt of its copy. In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
