Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the driving licence of the Petitioner has been returned to him on the satisfaction of the authorities that the Petitioner was not at fault and he has filed a memo to that effect, which is recorded. Nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. 2.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
