By order dated 29.04.2014, this Court appointed an Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess the vehicle in question. He was paid a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) as initial remuneration.

2. Pursuant to the warrant of commission issued by this Court to seize the vehicle, today, it is represented by the Advocate Commissioner that he has seized the vehicle.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that a reasonable amount can be paid as additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.

4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the work done by the Advocate Commissioner, I direct the applicant to pay a further sum of Rs.............. (Rupees ...... Thousand only) as additional remuneration. The applicant shall pay the said amount within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Application is closed.
