Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings dated 25.08.09 in Na.Ka.No.4250/2008/UNi3, quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to issue notification under section 204 of the Tamilnadu Panchayats Act, 1994, and consequently, subject to the control of the Inspector, authorize the petitioner to perform all duties imposed upon the Village Panchayat by law in respect of the Vandinatham Panchayat, Namakkal District.
