ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Petitioner is not present. Even during the earlier occasions also, the Petitioner was not present. 3.

This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed on 30.04.2008 in W.P. No. 12385 of 2004. 4.

Mr. R.Gunalan, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the pay scale was revised and upgraded to all the members of the Petitioner Association and thus, the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also filed a Compliance Affidavit, dated 01.07.2021, along with copies of the orders passed by the Respondents to that effect, which have been placed on record. Hence, no further order is required in this matter. 5.
