Minor Gokul Raj Bose T.K., represented by his father and guardian Karunanithi.C has filed this writ petition in the year 2004 seeking issuance of a mandamus directing the Selection Committee, Directorate of Medical Education and the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination, 2004 to allot a medical seat to the petitioner in a Government college under the Special Category for Physically Handicapped for the year 2004-05 session.

2. In view of the passage of time and pendency of the matter for more than 14 long years, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
