The Official Liquidator v. M/S.Shree Shyam Pulp

Comp. A.No.251 of 2018 Comp. A.No.251 of 2018 in C.P.No.255 of 2014 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., Ms.B.Ambili, Deputy Official Liquidator submitted that the respondent-company is under liquidation before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi. Hence, she seeks leave of this Court to make an appropriate claim before the IRP/RP on behalf of the company in liquidation.

2. In view of the above, the Company Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Deputy Official Liquidator to make a claim before the Resolution Profession (RP).
