This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 13/5/2015, passed by the second respondent in Letter No.B2/16458/13

2. Heard Mr.R.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Rajesh, Government Advocate for the first respondent and Mrs.P.Veena Suresh, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
