Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue a certified copy of sale deed on the file of the first respondent in Doc.No.193/2005 of Book 1, containing 12 sheets.

2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them is not necessary and this Writ Petition is disposed of based on the available materials.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the undivided share to an extent of 52.98 sq.ft in R.S.No.4881, Block No.44, Muthialpet Village. The petitioner purchased the said property vide Doc.No.193/2005, on the file of the first respondent herein. In the year of 2015, the petitioner lost the original of the sale deed and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

he lodged a complaint with the second respondent on 20.02.2015 and also effected paper publication on 24.04.2015. However, till date no steps has been taken by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

4.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2015 and issue the certified copy of the sale deed within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.

5.The learned Special Government Pleader has no objection for said order being passed.

6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
