This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday until further orders, vide order dated 30.08.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11599 of 2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that investigation has almost completed and final report yet to be filed.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners. However, the respondent-Police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month.
