Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Mu.Mu.No.78872/C1/E1/2009, dated 27.08.2009 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the seniority list drawn by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.117515/C1/E1/2009, dated 18.05.2009 in the appropriate place according to seniority and to promote the petitioner from the date on which his junior was promoted and confer all the consequential benefits.
