The petition for transfer is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.134 of 2019 from the Sub Court, Kancheepuram to the Sub Court, Kumbakonam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, through Video Conferencing, made a submission that the H.M.O.P.No.134 of 2020 was withdrawn as not pressed.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.72 of 2021 stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
