COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed for a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate II, Erode, to dispose of the cases in C.C.Nos.674 & 676 of 2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.K.Premkumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that there are totally six cases pending before the Judicial Magistrate II, Erode, in C.C.Nos.674 to 679 of 2019. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that there are eight common accused in all these cases and totally 49 witnesses will have to be examined in this case. The case is now at the stage of issuing summons to LW-1 to LW-5 and the case is posted on 27.02.2024.

4. Taking into consideration the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Erode, to dispose of 2/4

C.C.Nos.674 to 679 of 2019 within a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the above direction.
