The petition is filed to substitute the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th respondents herein on record as the legal representative in the place of deceased 1st respondent in the above C.M.P.No. 741/2016 in W.A.No. 675 of 2016.

2. There is no objection on behalf of the respondents for allowing the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered.
