O R D E R
The order of administrative transfer issued in proceedings dated 27.12.2018, transferring the writ petitioner from Madurai Electricity Distribution Circle to Kancheepuram Electricity Distribution Circle in an existing vacancy is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner joined in service of the Corporation on 05.01.1999 as HR-Trainee and appointed in the Thirumangalam Division. He was promoted as Helper on 09.01.1994. The writ petitioner alone is working in and around Madurai Division and now, he was transferred on account of certain adverse remarks against him.
3.Transfer is an incidental to service, more so, a condition of service. The order impugned in the present writ petition is an administrative transfer issued on account of certain allegations against the writ petitioner. This being the factum, there is no infirmity in respect of the order impugned passed in the present writ petition.
4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner pleads that the petitioner is willing to withdraw the writ petition. In view of the said submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and she had also made an endorsement to that effect. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
