2. Despite service none appears for the proposed parties.

3. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the respondents 5 and 6 are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and are ranked as respondents 5 and 6 in the appeal.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and issue notice to the newly added parties in the appeal.
