This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate No.IV, GT, Chennai, to expedite the proceedings in C.C No.843 of 2017.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fast Track Metropolitan Magistrate No.IV, GT, Chennai, to expedite the trial in C.C No.843 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
