Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel for the writ petitioners has filed a memo stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition. A copy of the letter sent by his client has also been annexed. Mr.M.Vignesh Raj appearing for Mr.M.Muthappan is present in Court today. He says he has been instructed by Mr.M.Muthappan to represent that the writ petitions would dismissed as withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement to the effect in the memo of the writ petitions.

2. In view of the same, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
