Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to provide adequate police protection for the purpose of fencing of thier entire property as described in O.S.No.3958 of 2011 Viz., all that part and parcel of agricultural lands (i) measuring 40 cents in S.No.115, Present T.S.No.45/6; (ii) 10 cents in S.No.116, Present T.S.No.44/3, Block No.5; (iii) 47 cents in S.No.115, Present T.S.No.45/6; (iv) 48 cents comprised in T.S.No.46, Block No.5, in Selavoyal Village, Fort Tondiarpet Taluk.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent police to provide adequate police protection for the purpose of fencing of the petitioners' properties.

2. The petitioners seek police protection to fence their lands. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action and on receipt of the same, the police station concerned is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the same and pass orders on mertis and in accordance with law.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
