Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to communication of the 1st Respondent University bearing No.S1/1316/SEN.ELE/2010 dated 16.4.2010 and quash the same and consequently uphold the inclusion of the name of the petitioner in the electoral roll of the Teaching staff of the 2nd respondent college affiliated to the 1st Respondent University, for the election to the Senate of the 1st Respondent University, to be held in the 2nd Respondent college hence forth.
