These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above writ appeals against the order dated 20.11.2019 made in W.P.Nos.13302 and 13303 of 2015.

2. Mr.G.Krishnakumar, learned counsel takes notice for respondent-1/writ petitioner in both petitions.

3. Mr.T.N.C.Kaushik, learned State Government Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 to 5 and 7 in both petitions.

4. Though the respondent-6 is served with notice, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

5. Heard both parties.

6. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent-1/writ petitioner in both petitions has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.

7. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay stands condoned and these petitions are allowed.

8. The Registry is directed to number these appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
