ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, to call for the entire records in the G.O.(4 B) No.9 dated 04.12.2009 passed by the Principal Secretary to the Government Adidravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai and to quash the same.

2. On earlier occasion on 24.10.2019, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this matter was listed on 25.10.2019. Once again, since this Court was inclined to give a last chance to the petitioner, Registry was 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to list the matter under the caption ' for dismissal' on 25.10.2019.

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
