ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a mandamus, directing the respondents to call for the tender of the allotted funds Rs.5 lakhs dated 30.1.2009 and Rs.1,25,000/- dated 17.12.2008 to the petitioner's ward No.14, Thirukandeeswaram, Nellikuppam Municipality Cuddalore District.

2. When the matter was taken up on 7.3.2019, there was no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation on behalf of the petitioner. So the matter was directed to be re-notified on 8.3.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter was called at 12.00 noon, none represented the petitioner as well as the respondents. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
