The transfer petition is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP.NO.526 of 2023, on the file of the Sub Court, Alandhur to the file of the Sub Court, Manapparai to be tried along with HMOP.No.62 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsels and perused the records.

3. The petitioner has filed HMOP.No.62 of 2023, on the file of the Sub Court, Manapparai earlier in point of time. The respondent has filed HMOP.NO.526 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Alandhur a month later.

4. Therefore, the transfer petition is allowed. HMOP.NO.526 of 2023, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Alandhur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Manapparai to be tried along 2/5

with HMOP.No.62 of 2023. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
