This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the conditional amount before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry as per the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.28952 of 2025 dated 26.11.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and further three weeks time is extended to the petitioner to deposit the conditional amount before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
