..Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate and necessary action against improper operation of Lorries carrying limestone in Ariyalur District and consequently direct the respondents to frame guideline with regard to the operation of the Lorries use to carrying Lime stones in Ariyalur Districts and strictly implement protective measurements, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2015. The respondent may take the representation dated 11.12.2015 making certain suggestions into consideration, and if it finds it feasible, to see what implementation can take place.
