The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect to the property situate in S.Nos.353/1 and 353/4A2A of Thirupachoor Village, Thiruvellore District, except otherwise in accordance with law.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the lands were acquired and award was passed and compensation was also paid. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
