Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the respondent's Letters both bearing Rc.No.2748/P2/2007 dated 17th April 2013 and 4th June 2013 and quash the same and to direct the respondent to regularise the break-in-period from 4th January 2007 to 30th November 2008 to the Raising Cum Sale Agency Agreement dated 1st December 2005, in respect of the Black Granite Quarry Site comprised in S.No.412, measuring an extent of 5 Hectares, situate at Sunjalnatham Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the proceedings dated 17th April 2013 and 4th June 2013 and direct the respondent to regularise the break-in-period from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4th January 2007 to 30th November 2008 to the Raising Cum Sale Agency Agreement dated 1st December 2005, in respect of the Black Granite Quarry Site comprised in S.No.412, measuring an extent of 5 Hectares, situate at Sunjalnatham Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the lease period came to an end on 30.12.2008 and the petitioner had already vacated the premises and therefore, the cause did not exist as of now. If at all any other grievance exists, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the Competent Authority for the redressal of all such grievances in the manner known to law.

3. With the abovesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
