When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel submitted that he has given away the papers to the petitioner and thereafter, he has not received any instruction from the petitioner to proceed with the matter .
2.Though the writ petition is of the year 2010 and the same is pending for quite ten long years, there is no representation for the petitioner. Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel stated that he has handed over the bundle to the petitioner long time ago. But, the petitioner has not chosen to appear to argue the matter today either through counsel or by himself, which shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is dismissed for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
non prosecution. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
