O R D E R

The order under challenge in the present writ petition is rejection of the petitioner's request for transferring the plot Nos.B-1 and B-2 in their favour for the purpose of starting a Petrol Bunk. The rejection was on the basis that if permission is granted, it will be a hindrance to the Food Processing Industries situated nearby.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel representing counsel for the petitioner on instructions, submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner was granted permission to run the Petrol Bunk, which they are running till date. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been met and hence, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel representing counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
