W.P.No.7308 of 2006 W.P.No.7308 of 2006 T.Vinod Kumar,J., The subject Writ Petition has been transferred to the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of this Court on its Constitution and the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of this Court vide Order dated 22.08.2011 disposed of the subject Writ Petition after the same being got re-numbered as 'W.P.(MD) No.7308 of 2006'.

2. Mr.S.Kadarkarai, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed before this Court a copy of the Order passed by the Hon'ble Madurai Bench vide Order dated 22.08.2011.

3. The copy of the Order passed by the Hon'ble Madurai Bench vide Order dated 22.08.2011 is taken on record. Since the subject Writ Petition has been disposed of by the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of this Court, as noted hereinabove, Registry is directed to delete the subject Writ Petition from the Pendency List of this Court.
