ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 9 and 10 of WLP ACT Section 21(d)(e)(f) Tamilnadu Forest Act 1882, in WLORP.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that in the electric fence set up by the petitioner, two wild boars trapped and dead. Hence, the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submit that the petitioner put up the electric fence and as a result two wild boars were died and further submit that there is no previous case pending against the petitioner. 5. Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
