ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the Charge Memo in Na.Ka.No.2422/2011/rp dated 25.07.2011 and to direct the respondents to pay the pensionary benefits to the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent Municipality has placed a copy of the final order passed in the Disciplinary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Proceedings against the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.20021/2016/nf2 dated 23.08.2017. In view of the said final order passed by the 2nd respondent, the prayer as sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission made by the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
