This petition is filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Pursuant to the orders of this Court on 21.02.2024, Ms.R.Rebecca Vasanthini Percy, learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent informs the Court that she established contact with the third respondent and she has been instructed to raise her objections in the appeal and the same can be considered at the time of hearing of the appeal.

3.Considering the fact the the appellant is in confinement, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
