O R D E R

[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Instant writ petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the third respondent in Application No.TN520191216540 dated 30/12/2019 and further direct the Tahsildar, Pernampattu Taluk, Vellore District, third respondent to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner belongs Hindu Adi-Dravidar Community, which is classified as Schedule Caste Community.

2. The prime contention of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is that petitioners' application seeking certificate that he belongs to Hindu Adi-Dravidar Community was not considered properly and the same was rejected without assigning any reason.

3. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submit that there is a provision of appeal against the impugned order. Without exhausting the same, petitioner has approached this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary for this Court to traverse into the averments made in the affidavit since the scope of the writ petition lies is in a narrow campus. Hence, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we direct the petitioner to file an appeal, enclosing all the relevant documents, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The authority concerned is directed to consider the same and take a final decision, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
