Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.DIWAKAR Special Government Pleader for 1 to 3rd Respondents the court made the following order:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, placing reliance upon the judgment in T.Tirumalai Gounder and Another Vs. The State of Tamil Nadu (2010 -5 L.W. 289) submits that after the mutation of revenue records, it is not open to the revenue authority to contend to the contrary. He has further submitted that after the mutation of revenue records, the petitioner has purchased the property in question. No counter affidavit is filed till now. 2.In such view of the matter, there shall be an order of interim stay. This petition is disposed of accordingly.

Post the writ petition for hearing in the second week of December 2017.
