Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC, George Town, Chennai to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.844 of 2017 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
