Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, pleased to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner herein in any manner in future.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one Anjalai Devi, enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.398 of 2024 and the same was subsequently closed, since the de facto complainant undertook to withdraw the said complaint and the petitioner was called only for enquiry and that the respondent police are not unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. It is made clear that the respondent-police shall not unnecessarily harass the petitioner.
