The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.13287 of 2006 (O.A.No. 7031 of 2000) dated 24.01.2011.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.01.2011 has been duly complied with by the respondent by regularising the temporary services of the petitioner with effect from the initial date of his temporary appointment (i.e) 07.08.1978 with notional monetary benefits. He has also produced a copy of the orders issued in G.O.(2D) No.117 Health and Family Welfare (IM2(1)) Department, Dated 23.11.2015.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the orders issued in G.O.(2D) No.117 Health and Family Welfare (IM2(1)) Department, Dated 23.11.2015,this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
