This application is filed to appoint a substitute presiding arbitrator to continue the arbitral proceedings from the last proceedings of the erstwhile tribunal.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that this Court had already appointed Hon'ble Mr. Justice P.Shanmugam as presiding Arbitrator on 18.11.2019. However, since the learned Arbitrator passed away, this application is filed to appoint a presiding Arbitrator.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.
