of the 1st respondent - the Assistant Commissioner of Central Excise Customs & Service Tax Pollachi attempting to collect Service Tax from the petitioner Club as null and void and ultra vires the Constitution of India and/or Section 66 of the Finance Act 1994 and/ or be pleased to strike down the impugned Notices respectively dated 09.10.2013 and 29.12.2013 Ref.No.C.No.V/CLU/15/29/2013ST/Preventive as ultra vires arbitrary and violative of the Constitution of India.
