The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner has died. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. However, the legal heirs of the petitioners have not come forward to implead themselves in the petition.

2.In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. The legal heirs of the petitioner are granted liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
